Terms & Conditions

 All purchases from REBECCA COLLINGRIDGE Wallpaper and Textiles are subject to these Terms & Conditions. REBECCA COLLINGRIDGE Wallpaper and Textiles reserve the right to alter or amend these at any time.

Colour Matching

REBECCA COLLINGRIDGE Wallpaper and Textiles are not liable for variations in colour. Colours will vary between batches and monitor colours may not be accurate. If you require an exact colour match, you must contact admin@rebeccacollingridge.com within 1 working day of placing the order. 


We advise that you consult your decorator before ordering. We cannot be held responsible for any incorrectly ordered wallpaper or fabric resulting from inaccurate measurements, calculations or estimates. Minimum order of fabric is 1m and for wallpaper is 1 x 10m roll. 

Lead Times

We endeavour to fulfil all orders in a timely manner. As everything is printed to order, please allow approximately 15 business days for wallpaper orders and 30 for fabric. These are guidelines only. If a tight deadline needs to be met, ensure orders are placed well in advance of project requirements. In the event of an emergency, it may be possible to fast-track an order. REBECCA COLLINGRIDGE Wallpaper and Textiles are not liable for delays or costs incurred by delays due to printing times.


Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only. Orders may be delivered in one or more deliveries.

REBECCA COLLINGRIDGE Wallpaper and Textiles does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party. As soon as you have received the goods, you will assume all risk in the goods. 

Upon receipt of the goods you must inspect the goods and you will be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us that you have cancelled the order and/or you return the goods in accordance with the Returns Procedures. Cutting and/or hanging of fabric or wallpaper constitutes acceptance of goods. If we have not been notified of an intent to cancel an order, we shall not be obliged to accept any rejection of the goods at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Returns Policy

If you are not entirely pleased with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 30 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging. Items can be returned outside this period if they are found to be faulty but we cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse. Return of an item is at your own cost unless the item is faulty.


Returns will be accepted for credit provided they have not been cut or damaged and provided they are returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. After 7 days you have 30 days from receipt to return your goods and a 20% handling will be levied plus any relevant carriage costs. Returns must be arranged in advance by contacting 07812935531 and emailing a picture of the fault to: admin@rebeccacollingridge.com

REBECCA COLLINGRIDGE Wallpaper and Textiles are not liable for any costs accrued by the purchaser or any third party after the goods have been accepted. This includes but is not limited to labour and delivery charges incurred in the manufacture or installation of finished products.

Faulty Goods

If you have ordered wallpaper or fabric, it is the purchaser's responsibility to check goods carefully before commencing with hanging or cutting/sewing. Please note no claim will be allowed for the wallpaper hung in excess of one roll where a fault could reasonably be recognised prior to hanging and no claim will be allowed for fabric once cut. Please check that the correct item has been sent.
